For Woman
How I offer Support
My work weaves together everything I’ve learned — the structure of physiotherapy, the flow of yoga, and the sacredness of community. I offer:
Yoga classes (public + private), tailored to your body and needs.
1:1 physiotherapy sessions, including support for pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Women’s circles, safe spaces for connection and shared growth.
Retreats + workshops (coming soon).
Each session and gathering is personalized, designed to meet you exactly where you are. My focus is always on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
My Vision
Today, my vision is to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and each other on a deeper level. I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered in her body, at home in her mind, and inspired in her spirit.
My Story
Growing up, even though my mother did her best to guide me, I often felt unprepared for what it truly meant to become a woman. There were so many unanswered questions — and often, I didn’t even know what questions to ask. I felt confused and lacked the guidance I longed for.
For much of my life, I also carried the unconscious belief that other women were a threat — people to compete with, compare myself to, or outshine. Instead of finding connection, it often felt like we were all fighting against each other.
My perspective began to shift as I studied physiotherapy, diving into the workings of the human body — especially female anatomy. Yet even with this knowledge, I knew something was missing. Women are so much more than their physical form. Our cycles, emotions, and lived experiences bring a depth that no textbook can capture.
Yoga deepened this understanding. What began as a purely physical practice slowly opened me to its deeper teachings — that movement can nourish not just the body, but the soul. Later, women’s circles became a place where I experienced profound healing. Through movement, presence, and shared wisdom, I began to release the invisible wounds that society places on so many of us.
